 Returns and Refunds Policy

At FLIPA, we want your experience to be fully satisfactory. Below you will find our conditions for returns, refunds, and damaged products.

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

Conditions 

  • Only unused, undamaged products in their complete original packaging are accepted.

  • Returns are not accepted for opened or tampered products, including clays or similar materials.

  • Kilns cannot be returned if they have been switched on or used.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 30 days after the return has been accepted.

  • The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • If the product does not meet the return conditions, no refund will be made.

  • The customer must bear the cost of reshipping or storage if they wish to recover the item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of error on the part of FLIPA.

  • For heavy products or those exceeding 32 kg, costs will be calculated and communicated prior to shipping. 

Damaged or Defective Products

In the event of damage during transport, the customer must notify us within a maximum of 48 hours by sending photos to:
