  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the customer.

  • The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy is detailed in the Returns and Refunds Policy. In summary:

  • Returns within 14 calendar days of receipt.

  • Only unused, undamaged products in their original packaging are accepted.

  • Returns are not accepted for opened or tampered products, or for kilns that have been used.

  • The customer bears the cost of return shipping, except in cases of error attributable to FLIPA. 

8. Damaged or Defective Products

Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the use of our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
