At FLIPA. Metal Clay Supplies, we work to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. Below are our shipping terms.

Shipping Zones 

  • We ship throughout Spain (Mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).

  • We ship to all countries in the European Union.

  • For destinations outside Europe, delivery times and costs will be calculated and confirmed individually before purchase

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Spain (Mainland): 2–5 business days.

  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 3–7 business days.

  • Europe (EU countries): 5–10 business days (depending on destination).

During sales, promotions, or special campaigns, delivery times may be longer. 

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • For heavy products or items over 32 kg, costs will be calculated and communicated prior to shipment.

  • If you offer free shipping over a certain order amount, the benefit will be applied automatically in the cart. 

Order Tracking 

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier.

Delivery Issues

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient’s absence, the customer will bear the cost of a new delivery attempt.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify shipping details before confirming the order.

Products Damaged in Transit 

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Please send photos to 📧 flipa.born@gmail.com so we can handle the incident.
