Prometheus® 999 Silver Clay Paste

Prometheus® 999 Silver Clay allows you to design pure silver jewelry easily and efficiently. You don't need activated charcoal or a multi-step firing process. Simply place your dried pieces on a kiln shelf at room temperature and follow one of the firing options below:

For strong and stable parts :

Bake at 570°C (1058°F) for 1 hour

Approximate shrinkage: 12%

For pieces that require flexibility (such as rings or bracelets) :

Bake at 700°C (1292°F) for 1 hour

Approximate shrinkage: 13%

Once the firing is complete, you can remove the pieces while they're still warm. The result is a 999 silver piece, ready to polish, enamel, or wear immediately. You can also mark your pieces as sterling silver if you wish.
